Royce Jurries is a wildlife biologist based in Columbus, Texas. He worked for close to four decades for Texas Parks and Wildlife, involved with waterfowl, quail, alligators, whitetail deer, and wildlife cooperatives. He was also engaged in early and long-lived study and conservation for the Attwater’s prairie chicken.
