Based in Alamo, Texas, Mitch Sternberg is a wildlife biologist with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. He has worked at Aransas, Laguna Atascasa, Lower Rio Grande Valley, and the Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuges, with a number of his tasks involving the ocelot, including work on monitoring populations, managing habitat restorations, building road underpasses, and organizing restoration plans.
