Mark Mitchell is a wildlife biologist who serves as Manager at the Mason Mountain Wildlife Management Area. Over his 35+ year career with Texas Parks and Wildlife, he has been involved in a number of reintroduction efforts, including work with javelinas, white-tailed deer, and wild turkeys. Most recently, he has been engaged in restoring black-tailed prairie dogs, both at Mason Mountain WMA, and on nearby private lands.
