Ms. Boudreaux served as the environmental director for the Texas Shrimp Association, sat on the boards of Texas Environmental Coalition and the International Center for the Solution of Environmental Problems, and worked as a member of the Gulf of Mexico Fisheries Management Council’s Advisory Panel on Fisheries Habita and the EPA’s International Border Environmental Problems Public Advisory Committee.
