David Wolfe is a botanist and biologist who has worked for consulting firms, state government, non-profits (the Nature Conservancy and Environmental Defense Fund), a philanthropy, and a conservation joint venture. He was active for near 30 years in the Hill Country, crafting solutions for protecting and restoring habitat for golden-cheeked warblers and other rare species.
