Mr. Tarrant manages the Center for Land Stewardship and Stakeholder Engagement at Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas. Before, for over two decades, he worked as a wildlife biologist at Texas Parks and Wildlife. Throughout, he has been deeply involved in study and restoration of the pronghorn antelope in Texas.
