Art Morris worked for 35 years as a fisheries biologist with Texas Parks and Wildlife’s Coastal Fisheries Department, where he engaged with studies and public outreach on management of shrimp, crabs, red drum, and notably here, the Atlantic tarpon. As well, he has been an active outdoor writer, photographer, and hunting guide.
