Andy Sansom is a conservationist based in Stonewall, Texas, who has been involved in a number of efforts, working as director of the Meadows Center for Water and the Environment, of Texas Parks and Wildlife, and the Nature Conservancy of Texas. He is also an accomplished writer, with 9 books to his name, and numerous magazine and journal articles. Finally, he has served on several non-profit environmental boards, including the National Audubon Society, Bat Conservation International, and the Hershey Foundation.
